As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to restaurants, souvenir shops, and even the beach. the receptionist, Wandee, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. the hotel also offered tourist information and island tour packages at good prices. it was a fantastic stay with everything I needed within reach.

The room had sugar ants that got into bed. I came back one night and had a bunch crawling around. Tried to shake them out but too many. Asked girl at desk for new room. She was very unhelpful, sighing and acting like it was I was putting her out. She showed me new room after I asked but it too had bugs. I got can of spray from 7-11 and took care of it. I then asked girl for her name and she realized "Uh oh" and became more helpful but only when she knew she might get in trouble. I didnt say anything but wont stay there again.

This is really a budget hotel with high speed free wi fi in room and hotel area . It´s a few minutes walk to the beach and the area with shops and resturuantes starbuck ,Mc donald's ,7-eleven.

We got great value for our money at Aonang Grand Inn. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast items could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

My recent stay at this hotel was an unexpected delight. the location couldn't be more perfect - just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful Ao Nang Beach. This convenience allowed me to spend more time enjoying the beach and less time commuting.

I originally booked for 4 nights. After staying the first night, my plans changed, so I notified the staff that I would only be staying 2 nights. I had paid in advance and asked for a refund for the 2 nights I would not be staying. The desk attendant refused and told me they had a notice posted saying that they would not offer refunds. (This is NOT the same policy they have in writing here on Booked.net) She finally agreed to contact the owner and said I would hear back the next morning. When I asked about it the next morning I was told that she had NOT contacted the owner because the owner "is too busy". I finally convinced her to call the owner-- who first offered one night's money refunded. After a LOT of hassle, the staff finally refunded the $$ for the 2 nights I did not stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful beach and has a rooftop common area perfect for evening cocktails. the clean rooms are spacious and have good water pressure in the showers. the staff is friendly and very helpful, offering free coffee to guests.

Some areas of the hotel were rough and outdated, with old TVs and bathrooms lacking proper maintenance.

I didnt like anything about the hotel. Poor service, very small room for a couple and no electricity the entire night in a hot weather.. No generator facility

Room spacious and clean. Maid came everyday and left fresh towels as well as tidying room. Good air con, tv in room, helpful staff. Good location for quiet holiday not very lively. Value for money +++

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ao Nang and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices, especially considering the location in the center of Ao Nang, were very reasonable. The staff were attentive and showed great attention to detail, ensuring that all the basic amenities were provided. The rooms, especially the ones with a double bed, were very comfortable and the nice bathroom added to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel was kept very clean, which was a definite plus. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and a great start to the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and I couldn't find any faults.

Good to buy tickets for excursions... Thank you and also airport transportation was seamless....

The add on line stated the inn had a pool ???? Dissapointing
